Mama Wellness Co. was created by Kendra Penney, a registered physiotherapist passionate about providing accessible pelvic floor, breast health, pediatric, and orthopedic physiotherapy in Halifax and surrounding areas. 

Kendra aims to empower women and families by combining clinical experience with research-informed education and treatments while focusing on overall health and wellness.
