Baby & Me Physio Yoga

Reconnect with your body and bond with your baby in our Baby & Me Physio Yoga Class, led by Kendra Penney, a physiotherapist trained in pelvic health. This class is specifically designed for postpartum recovery, helping you gently restore strength, improve core and pelvic floor function, and release tension—all while engaging with your little one.

Enjoy a supportive and welcoming space where you can:

  • Rebuild your confidence in movement postpartum.

  • Learn safe, effective exercises tailored to your recovery.

  • Meet other parents in a relaxed, judgment-free environment.

Babies are welcome to join in on the fun, whether they’re observing, participating, or napping nearby. This class is perfect for any stage of postpartum recovery and is suitable for those who have been cleared by their healthcare provider at their six-week check-up. No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring your mat, a cozy blanket for your pre-crawling baby, and a desire to gently start moving your body again.

If you are not a current client of Mama Wellness Co., a group physiotherapy initial assessment is required to evaluate your individual needs, establish personalized goals, and determine class suitability based on our clinical findings. Classes are billed as group physiotherapy and may be covered by some insurance plans; we recommend verifying your individual coverage. Full payment is required at the time of registration.
